- Warehouse Team Opens a Case Upon Arrival
When the returned item reaches our Canada Warehouse, our team will open a case to initiate processing. Users must take the necessary actions within 7 days of the case being opened.
- Buyer’s UPS Label is Sent to the Warehouse
To accelerate the process, you can generate a return label as if it’s being shipped from a U.S. location. The UPS label provided by the buyer is sent to our warehouse, allowing the process to continue.
- Warehouse Processes the Return and Hands It to UPS
Returned products are processed and shipped out twice a week in bulk via UPS. This ensures a fast and reliable return process to the U.S.
Setting Up the Canada Warehouse Address in SellerCentral
To optimize your return management, we recommend adding the SellerShipping Canada Warehouse address to your SellerCentral account. Please note that for those who ship directly without using the label, the return fee from Canada to the USA is $5 USD.
Steps to update your return address in SellerCentral:
- Log in to SellerCentral.
- Go to the Return Settings section and click on "Manage your return address."
- Select "Add new address" and enter your unique suite address from your SellerRunning House profile.
- Add the Canada Warehouse contact number: +1 548 350 0888
Once updated, your return process will run smoothly with no disruptions.
